It’s The Real EPL Trophy

| Posted in Events |

Almost all the guys on earth are crazy about footballs and never fails to get to know about the scores. But I never was a fan of any football teams or football league too. I just somehow find football unattractive to me. Haha.

After the MU training session at Bukit Jalil, I headed to KL with Kim for the Smirnoff MU Edition launch at Metropol Gourmet Bar. They said a football legend will attend it and the real EPL trophy will be displayed there. I know not many guys have seen a real football legend Bryan Robson nor the real EPL trophy, so I just wanted to go there to have fun and have a look at the real thing. xD.

We were there kinda early, so we had our dinner at old town.

Tada!!! The real EPL trophy right in front of me and the MU football legend just the sie of Kim away from me. I forgotten who the football legend was, I’m gonna try to recall and write it back here. xD

More photos of the party soon!!!

Manchester United had their Asia Tour in Malaysia. I know I’m late but still many people were very excited about it. I was invited to the training session and I assumed it will be just an usual football training session where the stadium will be empty. Mana tau I saw this:

Just look at the crowd!!!! I was sweating like a mad cow. Haha.

As we were waiting for the teams to start their training, everyone was so eager to see them. Even some random white fella just walked out the field, everyone cheered as if the team was walking out. Haha. Can’t blame them, this is the first time Malaysians get to watch Manchester United in training!!

2 months ago, I went to the Bon Odori Festival at Shah Alam. Bon Odori Festival is something like our chinese “Cheng Beng” but I assume the locals here went there to have fun. I kinda had fun over there too, LoL. I went there with my classmates Grace and Yee Ching and Ewin tag along too. We were there kinda early because we wanted nice parking spots but the field was so empty. So boring.

Before the crowd went wild, we went to get some Japanese ice cream at the food stall. I rarely eat Japanese packed ice cream and so I finally tasted one. The ice cream best. xD

A slow shutter night shot of the place. The festival isn’t just about eating and wearing kimono, they also had this dance where everyone can join.

I forgot what dance was that but it was really easy to follow. Left Right Left Right, that’s all I can remember.

This photo is actually a shot of the lanterns that was hung on the stage.

I was coughing badly after I went home and had difficulties breathing due to the haze. After the X-ray, it shows that my lung pipes were blocked. Haha. Don’t wanna elaborate further how serious it was. xD

Before my finals, we had a study break. In between the study break, we were too tired of studying and so we decided to have lunch at Delicious, Bangsar. I was very sure I was having my lunch together with them but where was I?

I was the one busy taking photos but no one cares to take a photo of me. LoL. Anyway, most of them are already in UK by now of in a few days time. Seems that I hadn’t got a chance to bid them farewell. So I’m say it here. Bye to Grace, Vincent and Ee Keen, all the best to you guys.

p.s: My photos here are a bit yellow because I used my old LCD to edit it. xD

As the movie were about to start, everyone was waiting at the cinema entrance. While waiting, we take photos together and had some bonding session.

So as we were chatting here and there. Suddenly out of no where somebody yelled out “Howard look like Gloson!”. I was like “Where got, we totally don’t look alike.” They kept on insisting we looked alike and they wanna proved it. In the end, we took a photo together.

Me and Gloson. The so called twin brothers of the night but I still doubt we looked alike. You can make your own judgement. Haha.

I would say the movie was totally awesome and I already rated the movie. I forgetten about the ratings for this movie but you can search it under the search bar. The movie ended kinda early, so we went to Banana Leaf@Centrepoint for some supper.

The Proposal Screening

On the 21st of July, there was a screening by Adverlets on “The Proposal” at Tropicana City Mall. Thanks Rames for inviting me along. Before the movie, a few of us who arrived early had dinner at some restaurant which served weird food. Trust me, it was so bad that I could not remember the restaurants name.

This is the so called baked rice with cheese and beef. It tasted like some military food we watched on tv. I did not even finished it and I’m not the only 1.
